T-Soft Facebook Pixel and Conversions API setup, server-side

Set up the Facebook (Meta) Pixel and the Conversions API on your T-Soft store with one code: every product view, cart and order goes from the server to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, GA4 and ChatGPT Ads, by each visitor's consent. Your pixel stays, and each sale is counted once.

The problem

T-Soft stores lean on browser pixels for ad reporting, so sales from blocked or privacy-restricted sessions never reach Meta or Google, and the campaigns that sold look like they didn’t.

What Tocadule does
  1. 01Adds one snippet to your T-Soft theme, live in minutes
  2. 02Captures product views, carts, checkouts and purchases server-side
  3. 03Sends each sale once to Meta CAPI, Google Ads, TikTok and GA4, by consent
  4. 04Uses the same data for popups, email, push and segments
T-Soft's own apps

Facebook Pixel and the Conversions API on T-Soft today

T-Soft's app market lists a free Meta Conversions API app built by T-Soft, next to a Meta Pixel app; its server events are tied to your pixel. That serves Meta. What stays open:

  • Safari and iOS privacy limits, ad blockers and declined banners stop the browser pixel on part of the visits, so sales your ads brought in look like they never happened.
  • Google Ads, TikTok, GA4 and ChatGPT Ads each need their own tag, event names and consent rules.
Server-side tracking

Server-side tracking and the Conversions API on T-Soft

Server-side tracking sends events from a server, not the browser: Meta's Conversions API (CAPI), TikTok's Events API, GA4's Measurement Protocol. The Tocadule code on T-Soft sends views, carts, checkouts and orders to Tocadule, which reads consent, adds click ids (fbclid, gclid, ttclid) and delivers each event under every platform's own name. T-Soft pages don't send the cart over the network, so the code reads it itself after each change.

Your pixel stays. Tocadule puts one event id on the pixel's event and on the server copy (or reuses the pixel's own), so Meta, TikTok and ChatGPT Ads keep one copy: each sale counted once. More on the server-side tracking page.

Setup

Setting up Tocadule on T-Soft

  1. 01
    Enter your store address
Tocadule scans your T-Soft homepage and detects the platform, cart source, existing pixels, cookie banner and currency.
  2. 02
Add the code to your theme
Paste the two-line code from the Tocadule panel into T-Soft's tracking code (izleme kodları) area so it loads on every page. It updates itself.
  3. 03
    Confirm consent
Tocadule reads your cookie banner (CMP). Without one, you choose how visitors with no recorded choice count.
  4. 04
    Add the purchase code
Browsing, cart and checkout events are automatic. Add the panel's purchase script to the order confirmation page with T-Soft's order values: order id and total required, email and phone recommended. In T-Soft it goes in Order / Payment Options / Edit Content → "Confirmation – HTML JavaScript tracking codes"; order values come from the Variables list.
  5. 05
    Test and connect
Place a small test order and watch the events arrive. Then connect Meta (Pixel ID + Conversions API token), TikTok, GA4, Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads.

These are the starting mappings; you change them per destination. Google Ads takes purchase as an Import from clicks conversion. Cancellations and refunds come from your server via Tocadule's API or a list uploaded to Toca; GA4 takes them as refunds.

Consent and KVKK

Consent and KVKK on T-Soft

Tocadule reads your banner's choice (Consent Mode v2, IAB TCF v2, OneTrust, Cookiebot, efilli…). Ads allowed: hashed email, phone, click ids and IP go out. Ads declined: Meta and TikTok get no personal data, IP or click id; Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads get nothing. See consent, match quality and Meta Ads.

FAQ

Questions people ask

How do I add the Facebook Pixel to T-Soft?

T-Soft's app market has a Meta Pixel app for your Pixel ID. With Tocadule you keep that pixel, add the Tocadule code to your theme and connect Meta with the Pixel ID and a Conversions API token.

How do I set up the Facebook Conversions API on T-Soft?

Create a Conversions API access token in Meta Events Manager. T-Soft's free app is one route; with Tocadule the token goes into the Meta destination and the same events also reach Google Ads, TikTok, GA4 and ChatGPT Ads.

Should T-Soft's Conversions API app stay on with Tocadule?

We recommend turning it off. The platform's own Conversions API sends each sale with its own event id; when Tocadule sends the same sale, Meta can count it twice. Keep the pixel: Tocadule uses the same event id as the pixel, so each sale is counted once.

Can T-Soft send Google Ads conversions server-side?

Yes. Map purchase to an Import from clicks conversion action; each order is uploaded with its gclid, gbraid or wbraid, plus hashed email and phone when the visitor allowed ads.

What happens when a visitor rejects cookies?

With ads declined, Meta and TikTok get the event without personal data, IP or click id; Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads get nothing. With both declined, the raw IP and browser details are not stored.
